Brad Dale is the founder and owner of Vertical Construction and Development, LLC, bringing more than 15 years of experience managing and constructing complex commercial, marine, and residential projects throughout the Gulf Coast region.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi and began his career working as a civil engineering draftsman while attending college. After graduation, he worked for a large engineering firm performing surveying and data collection on natural gas transmission lines, compressor stations, and utility infrastructure projects across multiple states.
His construction career evolved into heavy civil and marine construction along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where he managed projects involving marine structures, waterfront construction, and technically challenging work performed in and around the water. Since relocating to Pensacola in 2013, Brad has continued building a reputation for successfully managing commercial construction projects ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar developments.
Over the course of his career, Brad has managed and estimated approximately 90–100 projects, including commercial buildings, marine facilities, structural renovations, infrastructure improvements, and custom residential construction. His experience spans all phases of construction, from preconstruction budgeting and estimating to field supervision, project management, scheduling, and client coordination.
Before launching Vertical Construction and Development, LLC, Brad served as a Senior Project Manager and Estimator for one of the Pensacola area’s largest commercial general contractors. Today, Vertical Construction combines large-project experience with a more hands-on, client-focused approach, emphasizing quality, communication, organization, and problem solving.
Brad is known for taking on challenging projects, maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and delivering projects with professionalism, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
